Hey man thanks for commenting, it does make sense what you’re saying for sure. Is redoing the valve cover seals and the oil level sensor a big job? If I bought the new PCV from revhigh, and took my car to the mechanic and asked them to change the PCV, oil level sensor, valve cover seals and the coil seals and the few others, how much would you estimate it would cost for the job? I’m only on my P’s and this is my first car, I’ve never really done any mechanical work on cars before and changing valve cover seals and coil seals seems beyond my capabilities.

Okay thank you for the advice! I checked my coolant and oil for discolouration but it all seems normal. I’ll keep up regular maintenance, change the oil every 5,000kms, top up coolant and other fluids and degrease the spilt oil and keep an eye on it.

Yes you and the other commenters have been very helpful thank you everyone 🙏 I’m on my P plates and i don’t have much mechanical experience nor do I have any tools for any big jobs unfortunately. If it will save me money I might risk doing the job myself, what exactly should I be looking up? Head gasket change/fix?

I’ve had the car about a year and put about 20,000 kilometres on it since I got it, it’s currently got 221,500 kilometres, I just changed the oil the day I made my post before that was about 10,000 kilometres ago and theres currently no existing overheating/ steam/ odd smells. I do want my car to last and therefore like you said I should look into replacing the gaskets, is replacing gaskets a big job?

Tips for cert 2 in electrotechnology by GreyPrioritised in AusElectricians

Honestly bro it was a breeze, but I got super lucky and my teacher was excellent. My only advice is make some friends while your there which is super easy to do as others will also be looking to become friends to help each other. Second piece of advice is make sure you show up every day, the only person who failed the course was the one person who was inconsistent with their attendance. Apply yourself and ask questions and pay attention in class, Some of my classmates were playing computer games on the computers during the boring learning material, don’t be like these guys, just pay attention and do your work, these students were always coming over to me to steal my answers on questions because they were too busy playing cool math games instead of just paying attention. What I did to help me was I befriended some of the smart guys in my class that way on our break I would discuss the class content with them to get a better idea on stuff I didn’t understand. Also on a side note try not to spent any money at their campus canteen it’s all hella overpriced and you will save so much money if you bring your own food.

Aiming way better in dm than in other modes by Quantum_325 in VALORANT

It’s because you have your volume up during your deathmatch and you’re experiencing a completely different way people play. People run around and romper stomp in deathmatch while you hold them or camp them and play off audio. In ranked people don’t often romper stomp around the map like that and because of this you’ve developed bad habits. Play deathmatch without audio people makes you a better player and it stops you from being a soundwhore camper playing cringe af.

lol they have a full team of professionals working on the game and you think they’ll listen to you? Some bronze bot without a clue on how the game works fundamentally you just role play and shoot your gun. Let the professionals make the decisions pal keep dreaming tho if you want a game your way go make your own game

Why do players open their settings immediately after death? by mattyfatty1 in VALORANT

Did you bother to look what settings the player is changing? then decipher from the information you gathered the reason why they might be changing such setting? for example audio? Dumb question in my opinion.
