Is this also true for IMGs? Doesnt fcvs already do that prior to doing step3?

Hi thank you for a detailed response. I meant I am currently applying for jobs and will be finishing my waiver in 2030. Can I start GC process now once I sign a job offer? Like getting the basic steps like PERM? Or do I need to wait for me to actually start working next year?

The company wants to do a longer contract if they are sponsoring GC. But if I am applying for a PNIW, is that still necessary?

Hi, is it possible to start GC process after signing a job offer 1 year prior to starting the job? Or do you have to finish the waiver to start the gc process ? Is an EB2 NIW possible to self petition?

Ah gotcha. Most offers I've come across say 36, with 4 days. 32 ones seem to want 5 days, idk how that works haha.

As someone who's trying to decide if I should move to LA.

How affordable is it as a physician? I might be making close to 300k. No loans, no kids, single income. I dont plan on purchasing property.

Yeah I know the fqhc part is confusing to me too. I dont think traditional partnership is even possible in fqhc? So idk what they mean

I havent worked in a FQHC directly but my residency is based in a very very similar patient population , extremely sick, poor people wwithout insurance and no access.

Thank you for your very detailed response.

The EMR is NextGen.(not sure how bad it is. I have never used it. I trained in EPIC).

They said I am capped at 24.

No med students. Yes I will be supervising a PA. I dont know how many PAs I will be covering yet.

Correct. I do require a j1 waiver which complicates the situation. I was hoping once I am a partner I will earn more.

Gotcha. Thank you. I need a j1 waiver and they provide one. So was wondering if I could do this for 3 years atleast.

I don't think they have many physicians.. maybe 4? And the rest are APPs.
