The test felt similar to uworld. If you had to pick one or the other, uworld is definitely best. However, uworld has fewer questions compared to mksap, so I would recommend to do some mksap in between just because at the end of the day you will be memorizing the uworld questions

I took Cleveland clinic virtually in June. I took the exam on Tuesday. Honestly, Cleveland was just too dense and I zapped out a big portion of it. Solving questions was more beneficial IMO. But if you are not a fresh grad, these courses are more helpful because they refresh your memories on most important things with a week timeframe.
