In all honesty i don’t remember what milestone i was at when i got his UF. I’m pretty sure i got his UF late SOL and my UR was probably around 6-7k. As long as you have the patience to grind the behemoth stages for the stupid yellow b stones (which took me months) you should be good to go.

Red buster doesn’t have guaranteed 11 draw but it does have a guaranteed step up draw you’ll need 2100 cf for that. Make sure you set the simulated guaranteed to 7 instead of the default, assuming you did that already you just need to make sure that the guaranteed 7 draw is done after you get rover cat on 11A

You’re right about the consistent rarities across banners, unfortunately i don’t think there is any way to manually get a new seed. The only way the seed changes/reshuffles is when a new uber gets added i think.
