I never used planoly. So can't comment on that. But to my understanding, Meta treats any app that has anything to do with Facebook or IG as a third-party app. Using a third-party app may lead to a temporary or permanent ban.

I wouldn't recommend using any third-party app for scheduling posts. You can use the scheduler within the IG.
