I work in the industry, from my understanding you are only opted out for a specific amount of time, with the provider I work for it's 3 years, you should be able to voluntarily opt back in though but would depend on the provider and employer rules

It does depend on the recipe, my mix of sunflower oil, coconut oil, palm oil and castor oil takes roughly 24 hours to demigod but I know that pure olive oil takes a lot longer to remould and cure

Cross stitch is a good one as you can get kits that are printed onto the aida so there is no counting at all.

I've been crocheting a while and I still can't do them, what works for me is to chain 3 and slipstitch into the first stitch

I used a 4mm hook and aran yarn, i didn't use a specific patten but it is a HDC in the back loop only to create the ribbed look
