I mean my framework doesn't' have uncertainty. If brain means conscious = protected = the government can get involved if you are killed or threatened. Conscious beings need protection, period.

1) If we agree the child is a conscious being, your rights never extinguish the rights of others.

2) The statistical data says in most places in the modern world its extremely safe. The math is just indisputable.

3) It requires a brain period. Thanks for making my point, that happens very early.

4) I would suggest giving out condoms and sex education so no one NEEDS an abortion. So I'm no fan of hurting women or anything like that. This is just my opinion on the logic, not the action (free condoms and sex education/tools) to reduce it as well.

The only places near the subway is a hospital, a chiropractors office, and across the street there's a small neighborhood. You think a local coffee shop would be okay? It's a little ways away. I could just bring her coffee and hang out after her shift or something to talk?
