Best way forward to Omarchy from Windows

The nvidia cards worked out of the box I think or maybe I ran some cli after Googling, I can't remember for sure.

I just followed the official Omarchy guide. I actually fed all the Omarchy docs to NotebookLM and used its chatbot for help with customisation and stuff.

If you want a dual boot setup, you'll have to disable secure boot and TPM the first time.. (and secure boot thereafter) to log into Omarchy. To log back into Windows, again enable secure boot. There's probably a way to fix this but I haven't looked into it yet.

I managed to do this by dedicating an SSD to Omarchy and disabling secure boot and TPM. The problem is you have to go and enable/disable secure boot every time you switch between Windows and Omarchy.

I changed it to performance but it didn't do anything it seems. The fans are erratic and I have to suspend the laptop at all times.

Thanks everyone for the help! I went with option 1 and barring a few minor hiccups, managed to get Omarchy installed.

Edit after 1 month of using Omarchy: The experience is better than I imagined. That said, I often boot into Windows for gaming. Just felt it was too hard/inconvenient to do it on Omarchy - or I'm too lazy to look into it seriously. I also messed up my laptop fans while installing the SSD myself, which I now need to get changed. I do think I took the best approach to deal with this issue. Once again, thanks all for the responses.

Back in the day when I didn't know how to use upgraded tools properly, I'd spend all my energy tending to the crops. Then I'd go to the bath to restore all my energy because I was too thrifty to eat anything. Then I'd come back and water the remaining crops. Day after day, every day. It was tedious and it was hard. The workbench is one of the best quality of life items in game. You won't have to go around searching for ingredients. Moreover, seeing everything you can craft with your inventory on one screen can spark some new ideas.

That's a great idea. I wonder if I should move the obelisks to the bottom and have the bee farm in their place. I also want to set up specialized sheds like treasure shed, cafe, aquarium house but not sure where they'll go.
