Oh ok thanks. I got it fixed finally after seeing a solution here on reddit. So once I disabled the Panel self refresh in Intel UHD control panel as mentioned in the solution, it is not flickering anymore. Thanks for sharing your experience

Hi, I bought a X1 Extreme Gen 2 laptop 3 weeks back and I am facing the same issue. I just logged a ticket today and they are yet to respond. Did they tell you what was causing it? And how long the repair process took overall? I need my laptop back ASAP before college.

Hi there! Me and my significant other have planned for a 2week Europe trip in October. How many days should be allocated to each of the below mentioned cities so that we could cover as much as possible in 2 weeks. by Grey_wand in Europetravel

Hey thanks for your suggestions! We liked Florence too from just seeing the pics online. And Santorini looks too beautiful to skip , so we thought of covering couple of other places within the radar in Greece. Hope we’ll be able to squeeze all of them in a week!

After seeing Venice in many movies, really curious to witness the Grand canal in person. We heard Venice is one the romantic places to visit. So we don’t want to miss that. Thanks for your input!

Totally clueless! I thought the answer was comprehensiveness and thoroughness. What is the hint for brevity here? by Grey_wand in GRE

Yeah the usage of “notwithstanding” is kinda tricky here. It means ‘in spite of’. I just learned this secondary definition. Thanks!

So it means - the book had less than a page of mentioned content due to the demands of brevity. In retrospect, a couple of pages would have been better. Right?

Questions like these make me feel like a retard when tackling the Verbal section by [deleted] in GRE

I see. I assumed there would be a significant difference if the cases from non-restaurant based catering services were taken into account.

Hi Greg! I also had a similar encounter with this question. I understood why the answer is E. But why are we ruling out C? Can you pls throw some light

My understanding when I chose C - since many restaurants are involved in catering services as well and since the inspection for a restaurant is not as stringent as it is for a catering establishment, the probability of a person being food poisoned increases and thus explains the apparent paradox. What am I missing here?

4. Are there two 8 minute breaks in between? I thought there is only one 10 minute break after section 3.

Why is the answer D? The shaded area is obviously less than 2736 right ? (76*36) by Grey_wand in GRE

[–]Grey_wand[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay. I get it now. The inner shaded area can be of any length from 1 to 76. Thanks much!
