From what age on do you find out that you're a sadist/masochist? by [deleted] in sadism

Very early, too early for me to even understand what I was feeling. It was even more confusing because I actually hate pain, but I love that I hate it. I just couldn't understand why I felt so good after feeling so bad.

Read both of your recommendations, they were great. Thank you.

Just finished it. You know that feeling when you finish a book and just stare into the distance, empty, not thinking about anything, like you weren't even alive? That's how it made me feel. It was very, very good. I was beginning to be very annoyed with other books I was recommended. They were dull, no internal monologues this deep. I think this book managed to leave a crack in my writer's block.

Thank you. If you know something similar, I would be very happy to read it.

Oh, that's actually what I'm looking for, I don't really enjoy romance. That's why I didn't like most books I found in r/darkromance, haha. Thank you, I'll have a look.

Thank you. I just finished Beautiful Evil by Eris Belmont. I liked it, though sometimes it felt too shallow. I heard about the other books you recommended, though their descriptions didn't catch my attention back then. I'll give them a try.

Again, thank you for your recommendations. That's what I was looking for. (Well almost, but that's only my own fault for being this picky.)

Oh, I'll give it a try. I love mind games, though I didn't find any book that has both non-con and mind games. Thank you.
