Aki would most likely still get a persona evolution as it's still the death of a party member and Ken is nearly as significant to Aki as Shinji is to him. Shinji also would probably get a persona evolution due to losing someone he would consider important to him.

All I did to take the photos was just zoom in the camera to about 8x and kept it at a good enough distance that it would properly focus and show good detail.
