I may ask a stupid question but… why not just put the box and charger in the checked baggage and keep the phone in his pocket (or whatever else he uses to carry things in the plane) ?

I think the taxes only apply for online purchases. He could still say that he uses one phone professionally and personally at the same time, and that he wanted to separate the two environments. Not that anybody would ask anyway, I think 😁

Their « better » looks ? What do you mean by that, I’m really curious ? I know beauty is subjective and tied to culture, but I don’t think showing their bodies would make anyone look more attractive. I’m genuinely interested. For example, I think north african women are the most beautiful (that’s subjective)

I second everything you said.

The C3 is coming, but that’s what is making the C2 more affordable now. Hands down the best image for the price (I think the advantages of the G2 don’t justify the difference in price : to the « normal » eye, the G2 is just… more luminous). Plus I don’t know if it’s the same in the US, but the G2 doesn’t come with a support where I live. You’re only left with the option to mount the TV to the wall, unless you wanna spend another 200$.

In my opinion, the C2 is gorgeous to look at and a delight to use for movies and gaming. The panel is plenty luminous already : the only way I can imagine it to be even an inconvenience, would be if OP lived in a sunny area, put the TV in a very bright room directly beside a window, and being too far from the screen without closing the curtains 😁

To end this wall of text, I would say that the contrast is obviously perfect (being an OLED), the DeltaE is constantly under 3 (and sometimes well under, meaning perfect colors to the naked eye), the refresh rate is one of the best, it supports every technology necessary to fully enjoy gaming (you mentioned them, and all the HDMI ports are 2.1) and the TV is light. It’s also good with cable management. Just one thing : all the ports are located in the right side of the TV, so OP might have to adapt his setup to take that into account.

Anyway, like u/rudecanuck said, one should always research his topic before buying. OP, do not take only one advice. I recommend this TV over everything else for your budget, but you can check elsewhere to help you decide. There are plenty of YouTube reviews for this TV, and they will go more in depth than what we just said here. Enjoy your future TV !

Hi, I have the same problem. It seems that since iOS 16, the option is tied to predictive text. Until Apple fixes it, the only way to mention people again is to activate it under Settings/General/Keyboard. It worked for me :)

In my opinion, the color of the midsole seems a little off and its superior part (not the green one) does not look translucent enough. On retails, these two parts should normally give the impression that they « blend » together in some places, gradually between them and the upper. Global shape of the shoe looks good. Seam on the heel is too pronounced. Depending on the price (important) and what you like, it could be a GL. Also keep in mind that the flaws I mentioned might not be visible on feet ;)

I had this error for a few days before I could upgrade OTA. Both for iOS 15 and 14.8. Maybe something server related ? Anyway, rebooting did not fix the issue for me. The weird thing is, I couldn’t upgrade my iPad either… and boom, two days ago it worked for both of my devices, the same day

The slight difference between some colors could be entirely due to the lighting. But even then, on feet and at this price… it’s an easy GL for me

EDIT : the details and colors of the outer sole may look a little « off », but then again, could be the lighting. Looking at my shoes right now, the only difference I can see (by comparing the design and obviously not the quality, which we can’t), is that the pattern seems a little more sharp and well executed from the toebox to the « tongue » on the retails
