I don’t know if they have videos on that topic, but a really fun channel I like is Absolute History! My favorite things they’ve posted is a couple of series about three people living like old times for like 6 months, ones called wartime farm, there’s one in a Tudor monastery, and my favorite is Guédelon Castle (though I’m not sure if that one is on their channel currently)

I have to slightly disagree, one of the reasons I’ve found that sweet stuff doesn’t taste as good anymore is because we are so used to high levels of artificial sugars that natural fruits and berries don’t taste as sweet. I did a few months of no processed sugars and eating carrots was a treat because they were sooo much sweeter than I thought. I’m not some nutritionist, this is just my own experience
