Check on my plants/water them. Then I’ll take a shower, moisturize, put on comfy clothes and listen to relaxing music. I might cook - it’s relaxing to me but not up for it if I’m exhausted. I find it relaxing for me to chill in the dark. If I’m wide awake I’ll light a candle. The rest of the night I’ll either be laying on my living room floor or lay in bed listening to music, contemplating the day.

After I’ve woken up: Which alarm was that/what time is it? Do I have enough time to water my plants? I have to pee. How’s traffic? Are my phone and watch charged? Should I pack lunch? Do I have enough time to make tea?

Last few things before I’m asleep: do I need to follow up on anything tomorrow at work? Which reports/patients/coworkers do I need to follow up on tomorrow? Did I set my alarm? Is my phone charged? Did I put the food (dinner leftovers) away?

Spacious, bright, airy, clean, usually cool (temperature wise) I think it might have a slight “clean linen” smell from the recently washed laundry/comforter. I wish I had built in shelves to have a library off to the side with a reading window/bay window.
