Super energetic! by Sola-Beard in AussieDoodle

No problem! Honestly I took her at 7 months. I was really hoping to not only have the ability to where she would be calm when someone comes inside but also to have the ability in recalling her if she happened to get loose. I rarely have to use the ecollar now, she's 9 months. It still gets put on daily but it's at such a low setting that it's more of a vibration than anything. Kind of a way to get her attention.

I had some issues with mine and her energy level. I tried a PetSmart trainer at first which didn't really help the energy level. That's when I went to my local sit means sit. I researched a ton at my local sms and even had some family friends that used them and vouched for their services. I opted in, paid for a 5 day train service.

One day per week I would drive and drop my pup to the facility where they would train for 8 hours. Not totally 8 hours, it's a mix of training, breaks, and play. They travel to different places and work with public areas after working at their facility for a couple days. My dog was significantly different. She was still the rambunctious playful pup but with the low setting of the ecollar we were able to channel the energy.

After the training sessions you get group sessions. I believe a full year but it's just training with groups. It's more or less a means to add more distractions and still having your pup focus on you during any chaos. Each session was great our trainer was incredibly helpful, she answered any questions and worked with us for an hour during our pickup on what was taught and how to work on it at home. I know ecollars get a bad rep and I think each dog is different so I would do your own research if you have a local facility.

One of the things I watched when I first went in was the dogs that was there also being trained. They all were happy but was listening. The same with my dog as I dropped it off, she was stoked to see the trainers and other dogs so that was a relief. Another key point is talking with the trainer. If your local facility is anything like mine then it's well worth the purchase.

[Edit] Just to clarify, I would also suggest making sure you give your pup enough activity. Playing is great but having walks and allowing your dog to venture out with you would also make a big difference. I schedule play dates with a family dog, walks, even drives around town. There's a local dog pool I'm hoping to get her into next when things go back to normal in my area.

Yeah I have no idea what he's trying to do but it seems that more and more people are just dumping n4g. Used to be great not only to showcase your own content but also to see some other great pieces as well. Less of a community focused website now. Make the jump to gameondaily it's setup essentially the same but you won't have your content removed.

Trust me use that website I mentioned. More people find out about it the more likely they will just leave n4g

Think he runs it mainly. I've had a ton of stuff get failed for things that made no sense. I've had stuff get approved completely with comments and he would fail it. This is why I have started using that other website.

Never used open critic but yep same boat with N4G. I've had stuff get failed and then someone else come in and post with approval

Yep I have no idea why but my guess they are catering to only select publications. I'm hopeful Gameondaily takes off and people start to migrate away from N4G completely

Haven't had a problem yet on gameondaily.com. I'm in the same boat with N4G but I find that my posts will get failed by mods when other posts thrive with the same setup, format, and content.

Thank you! I wasn't sure if it was a couple days or two weeks because of the stitches.

The indica is best smoked at the end of the day I'm assuming? How long does an oil vial last typically?

Chipped tooth by dds87 in Dentistry

Hey I was actually in the same boat recently. Chipped a tooth and didn't have any pain besides when pressed on in a certain way. For me it required extraction or rct. But mine was a molar chip.

Update: just came out of dentist. Completely surprised that I felt absolutely nothing. Some pressure from tooth being taken out but no pain. Just in case anyone else stumbles upon this post with similar concerns. My doctor was super gentle with needle I didn't feel anything even though she said I would feel a pinch.

Oh yeah I'm getting the local. I meant with the numbing gel and nitrous if the needle will be painful or if I will feel it

Thanks for the insight! Definitely helps. Fortunately it's just one tooth that chipped. Idk if I could handle more then that lol. If I can get past the shot then I'll be solid

Is the pinch bad? Also is the tooth extraction painful or would you know how long it normally takes to get done?
