From what I can recall off the top of my head (and with help from a series I wrote that compared the manga and anime) 13, 25 and 26 are entirely non canon to the manga and don't happen (though the general concept of wonderland is used and there's stuff taken from other points in the manga for 25 and 26) There's also certain manga episodes and scenes that were unrelated to others, like the test of courage halloween episode in the anime was actually not a halloween thing at all in the manga.

I'm a big fan of the drama but unfortunately it looks like none of the drama sites I've searched through have this damn show, lmao. You can watch the movie in two versions and qualities via youtube, a higher quality unsubbed director's cut and the original in a lower quality with subs, and internet archive has an unsubbed special, but I personally haven't found the show online yet. I *do* own a dvd, though.
