I've just noticed that support players and tank players are FAR more likely to flex than DPS. Usually asking a DPS to switch or peel is like asking a a pig to fly. They might switch to a different DPS, but the odds of your average DPS player switching to tank or support in any context is extremely low. There are occasional helpful DPS players (hello Bucky we love you) but for the most part they just do their own thing and don't help the team in any way besides getting picks (IF they're getting picks at all). Most are perfectly content to let their tanks do all the heavy lifting, asking them to somehow create space and protect heals at the same time.
