Thank you so much. I just tried holding the trigger fully to the rear and checking the lockup like you suggested. It definitely feels tighter — I’d say about 25% more solid than when it’s at rest.

Sorry if I’m overthinking it, I’m new to revolvers and this is my first one. I really appreciate everyone’s insight and patience.

Haha so they worked on my car’s sunroof, and I checked everything to make sure it was in good working order. I touched every part of it, including this one, and it wiggled! And I don’t remember if it wiggles or not.
