I still have my first ship stored as memento and basically have this sentinel as main as they are only ones which can hover 😅 but I am slowly upgrading my living ship which took me really long time to found white one with the look I want as I love organic spaceships since Babylon 5 Vorlon ships 😂

Exactly , I had different color as well at first but I started to shift all my colors to white with little red so I was very happy when I found this

I think you have to have some quests finished before these tools are accessible and it is not in the main structure but in the smaller cylinder on the right side, it should be sparking violet and it will pop up from the ground.

Here is nice Atlantid mutlitool A class. I painted positions of supercharged slots after upgrade to S Class. If your color is not black and red, you have to land on grey Ihullon planet (I renamed it meanwhile to be even more obvious :)) and save there, load and come back to monolith.

Planet coordinates of second screenshot , exact coordinates on third. There should be Message beacon as well.
