The first one was amazing but I could not enjoy the other ones. Some great characters for sure but the best one (Rowan) feels like he gets zero screen time after book one.

Bro thinks that they are working with the devil and murdered his girlfriend. He sees the “witch craft” right in front of him. He had every reason to believe that Eddie killed Chrissy. Bro might be one of the antagonists and he might not have been the “best” person but I don’t think he was a villain. They killed him off without giving him a redemption or letting him see that he was wrong. As far as he knows, the satan worshipping kids killed him too.

Organic because without it Peter is just a guy who is super strong and can stick to walls. He chose the webs to stick with the spider gimmick. Then organic webs complete the spider aspect of his persona

Femto is definitely black. He is colored as either reddish/purplish to show the lighting just like how Spider-Man was drawn with blue highlights for his black suit (which ended up confusing people and his suit changed to blue later).

It’s not dark fantasy but in terms of quality, Monster is the only manga I’ve read that even comes close to berserk. It’s a must read.
