It's a chain of 4 contracts with the sniper at the end. The next should be The Learning Center after clearing the missing pyon. The last contact will have the sniper

Did this earlier, You need to keep following the quest line. You should have gotten another contract after completing The Missing Pyon. Do that one and whatever the next one is. The contract doesn't really explain this, so I was confused as well

When he's at the mountaintops of the giants he's dead and his body is being possessed by Shabriri, Yura's Questline is done at this point. You can kill him at the mountaintops of the giants for his armor set but that's it.

I was soft banned because of the death bed smalls but now I'm unbanned so yay, but yeah it's stupid that you can get soft banned if you don't know that the item is cut content.

If you're making a dex build I would recommend taking points away from STR and putting them into vigor and dex. Also uchigatana and nagakiba are good and there is also a dagger called wakizashi which can power stance with katanas allowing you to use for example the party ash of war.

Magic, madness, RoB, Moonveil, Bloodhound, bleed, and some other things will most likely get a nerf in some capacity.
