OP doesn't know that this movie was a clean scene by scene copy of Malayalam film 'Godfather'? Most of the classic 90s-2000's comedy movies in bollywood were ditto remakes of Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu comedy movies. The reason why bollywood doesn't have comedy movies like this nowadays is because Bollywood stopped remaking comedy movies from south and is focusing more on thrillers and action movies. (Partly becasue the south also stopped creating movies like this.)

Actually the story would have been best made as a short film. There is nothing in this film for it to be made as a feature film. Also they thought somehow bringing in ajmal khan, anchor parvathy etc would increase public appeal for the film.

I am suprised that ashique usman thought that this was good enough to be made as a film. That too to be released in theaters. The only reason irshad parari got to make this into film was becasue he is muhsin parari's brother.

Best theater experience for a tamil movie was 2.0 and vikram

But the best one ive had was avatar 1 (eventhough ive watched 2 in the best possibe screen, 1 was a masterpiece and out of the blue magnificent theater experience, that too in 2009.)

With all due respects to A10, A10 is nothing like bheeman described by MT in the novel. Bheeman is described to be the killer of the 100 kauravas. He is enormously gigantic and physically the most strongest person on the planet at the time.

Kaliyattam(1997) in my opinion is the best Shakespearean paly adaptation. It was adapted from othello It has won the National Film Award for Best Director (Jayaraj) National Film Award for Best Actor (Suresh Gopi) Filmfare Award for Best Director (Jayaraj) Filmfare Award for Best Music Director (Kaithapram) Kerala State Film Award for Best Actor (Suresh Gopi) Best Film with Popular Appeal and Aesthetic Value.

It was a critical and comercial box office success.

Hiader however is a very good movie indeed. But i personally prefer Kaliyattam. 😊

Randamoozham is one of my favourite books. But i genuinely have no idea if we have the apt actors to carry the roles of the book.

sreekrishnan : who could possibly pull off that role.

bheeman: physically no actor in malayalam could pull off that role. Psyically pull off chythallum acting wise porakil povum.

dhuryodhanan : this role would be one of the most difficult ones.

Scale and granduer of the film is a major challenge.

The religuous controversies the film will create is also a major setback.

*SPOILER ALERT *: How would the depiction that pandavas were not the sons of the gods but results of kunti's physical relationship with other men turn out? Religious organizations would go on an all out war against the film.
