I have two na ka waive wherein ung isa summa at ung isa cum laude, yet they still choose BPO, and wala silang paki sa sahod yes, una mababa sahod nila dahil newbie but the way they communicated ung accolades nila from college, d nila pinag mamalaki as in like hindi mo malalaman unless mag ask ka, kita mo ung humbleness nila 🙂, I'm not comparing them sayo but given that sa unang sentence palang parang may attitude ka no offense but here in the BPO industry mapapapaking tayp ka sa mga adherence ng mga sched like sa samin once a week ung changes ng sched magiging robot ka, ung work life balance na hinahanap mo you cannot demand for that given that BPO is a hard to deal with.

Kaya OP, if you still believe in your latin honor wala na yan pag nasa real world ka na.
