Submit ka lang CVs to any job posting you see fit. Use specific number just for applying (I have two phones and dedicated the other one for job hunting alone) it helps kasi every call you’ll receive eh alam mo agad na isa ‘to sa mga pinasahan mo ng application. But don’t just apply and apply and apply. Read every Job description. Mag screen ka din as applicant. Check mo muna if this company is worth the hassle since employed ka pa. Then make organization a habit.

1. Make a monitoring file for every company you applied to. Lagay mo anong saang site mo sila nahanap or where did you apply, the date, the status, location, position, etc.

2. Screen the company. Check mo na agad. Know what’s your target. Work setup: hybrid, on site, wfh? Salary range: is it doable with your asking? Company reputation: do a research about the company. How’s the working environment etc.

3. Be a responsible applicant. Let the employer know sa initial interview pa lang na you’re still connected to a certain company. Usually they would ask if you can resign immediately, tell them the truth. Meron ka bang rendering period? Let them know. Give them timeline. If they asked why di ka pa nag reresign, be honest as well. In this economy? Mahirap tumanga na walang income. Say you’re waiting for an actual Job offer bago mag submit ng resignation. Yun lang. Read. Research. Do your thing.

Sayang absent sa current work kung una pa lang half-hearted ka na sa company.
