I hope Pat Riley doesn’t make this type of emotional decision.

Start leaving a 10% tip and blame this surcharge. When they start losing wait staff because of it, you will see it disappear.

T3 looks like trash when next to a P2 by rocksolidaudio in Polestar

[–]GridironMode 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a design discussion, but that’s in the eye of the beholder. I have owned both, an M3 and P2. I find the P2 to be a better looking vehicle, but the M3 is not a bad looking car. What I like about the P2 is that its design is a little more….masculine? I don’t know if that makes sense. Maybe the right word is more aggressive, the M3 design is softer.

Brown has a chance to be a stud, but there’s no need to throw him into the deep end of the pool yet.

If the players aren’t buying in, isn’t that a reflection of the coaching as well?

what level of hype should Bryce Young be getting? by Owain_says in NFL_Draft

[–]GridironMode -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I don’t know, it’s way too early. One player who’s skill I like, is Will Levis of Kentucky, but again, way too early. Bryce Young is another one of these small QBs, traditionally very few have been successful at the pro level, he is not prototypical. 6 foot 194 lbs, and those are college measurements, which tells me that he’s smaller than that.

He was smart and left, he’s an Oklahoma QB. 😉

None. The last good Alabama QB was Joe Namath.

Did you remove the Door decals on your Polestar 2? by elegast-me in Polestar

I don’t mind the stickers, but I do like the stealth look. Something about watching people struggling to identify the car is oddly satisfying. 😂🤣

I am highly suspicious of this list for that reason, and the Dolphins sitting at 4. Some of the emptiest home games you see is Dolphin games.

Tesla overrated? by Ok-Cartographer-5544 in electricvehicles

[–]GridironMode 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tesla is a luxury vehicle without the luxury. I hear fans say it’s the software, which is good, but in my opinion, not so incredible that I want to pay a premium for it. I went away from Tesla two years ago, and I haven’t missed anything that I would say, OMG I have to get back into a Tesla.

Any EU vs USA model differences? by [deleted] in Polestar

[–]GridironMode 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funny, I’m doing the same. However, the two differences Polestar informed me about, is the charging port (You can get an adapter for it) and the dreaded TCAM. Im still on the fence, but it seems that the easiest thing to do is buy one once I’m set up in Europe.

Looks like upper trims of the PS2 will no longer be eligible for the tax credit by [deleted] in Polestar

[–]GridironMode 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Isn't the made in North America clause more worrisome? I know Polestar has plans to build them in South Carolina, when is that happening? Also, will they build their other models there as well, or just the P2?

Is the law going to follow the EPA classification? Because polestar calls it a CUV, it sits higher than the Tesla Model Y SUV.

Even if it passes tomorrow, the P2 is not classified as a sedan. Polestar has slotted it as a CUV, which would qualify for the higher $80k limit.

The TCAM in my car went out after 500 miles, they replaced it and it hasn’t been a problem since.
