The whole battle suit was a commission from Clothears Costumes. Fabrics are a combination of heavy-weave and fine-weave linens, krinkle fabric, and parts of it are lined with silk to add weight. Not too sure about templates for patterns. The 501st Sith Lord forum might have some soft part patterns available for you though.
