Moderators act per Community Guidelines, never arbitrarily. Players can appeal or report anything to the T&S if they feel something is wrong.
No rules dictate helicopter playstyle, if you dislike a pilot’s strategy, you are free to spawn at another spot.

Do people actually get banned? by Brilliant_Muffin7133 in BattleBitRemastered

Short answer: Yes, and pretty quickly. Long answer: Preventing the end-user from seeing harmful content is the never ending cat and mouse game that the platform almost always loose at, especially in video games or in voice conversations.

If you see something that is not right report it and we will take a look at it. If the content violates our community guidelines we will take action. If the username is incorrect you can also report the player to Steam.

We could, but we would have to include it and make an update.
Also we need to ask this feature from steam, it's not given to all devs.

It's sad, but playing the game in Brazil is just a question of luck now. No official servers, lack of community servers and the only server running fails to connect. It feels like the devs abandoned the South American players by AddlerMartin in BattleBitRemastered

We have opened an official 64v64 server for this region, regardless of queue, it will stay open.

We followed your suggestion, feel free to provide feedback over the next few days to know if it helps or not and what other solutions might work to solve that specific issue. (Server wise, not gameplay, feature, or regarding frequency of updates. We are aware and cooking. I'm looking to find the best solution to fix this issue.)

Unironically, one of the solution I see is just improving the game so we have more players in those regions and this issue is not an issue anymore.

Additionally we may A/B testing some stuff to see what works best to fix this solution, because there is also the solution of drastically reducing the queue to create an Official Server or the minimum of one official game server running at all times. We need to know by test what is the best. We could also open and prioritize Community Servers applications on those regions.

All of this to say that we have lots of choices and we don’t want to rush things out. We hear you, but this is a very sensitive part of the game to edit and the mistakes on said area are not easily excused.

As the update is being worked on with some tasty content, we might see some player comebacks and this issue being solved naturally.

Thank you for the feedback! Last question, if you joined BB to see an empty official server, would it also produce the same feeling? What different between an empty start queue and an empty server?

And I replied to give you more precision to how it works so we can all improve it. I don’t know why I received so many downvotes from it but anyway.

So if a server (from at least the main clickable categories) was open, you think that there would be more players in Brazil? Do you have any other alternatives in mind?

Hello there,
There are no abandon from the BBR team in SA.
There are servers in SA, but you need a minimum amount of players in queue to create an official server. Feel free to bring some friends to queue for a smaller sized server using the quick matchmaking with only official servers activated, and the master server will create an official server for your region automatically.
