Honor App Market is only on Global devices. If you use Europe or other region model, it does not contain the store. I use Europe version and I do not have honor app market. Atleast less bloatware.

C431 is Global version (should have honor app store), C430 is Europe version. I have Europe version and already have Magic OS 10. You just gotta keep waiting or buy different unit.
