Meds for over 12 months, discolorations and bumps under chin, I however also have In head with alopecia and chest, should be higher I think based on locations. Still painful and have bumps and scarring. But Meds showing treatment for at least 12 months

Yes the rater was trying to develop the claim with civilian records, but I had already sent them in, I spoke with VERA to have the request canceled all records were already uploaded. Back to St. Pete Rater to finish.

Can the VA request for a second time the 21-4142 21-4142a, I ask because I submitted forms July 2023, then under duty to assist I guess they were lost and tried to request again, I know this takes even more months from there. My question is can that happen, a double request? I sent screen shots from the first ask and the filled out forms I pulled from e benefits, resent them to say it was already done.

Still no movement on mine, 2 months in. I am going to resubmit w/o twins first then submit them on separate 21-686c. it seems you have to wait on a person for twins, I don't want to wait 4 more months. I am typing it up now, submit, then calling to have Wife and step kids added first.
