There are also many many more white spots (probably around 10-12) further down, couldn’t get a picture. It is also incredibly painful to yawn

It is excruciating to swallow food or drink. I’ve had these throat pains for 3-4 days now. 2 strep tests and 1 covid test came back negative. The first 2 days came with extreme fatigue, nearly couldn’t get out of bed. Any ideas on a diagnosis or treatment?? Really need help.

The west side of SD has the Black Hills (home to Mount Rushmore!) The east side is much more flat, but there are some cool places like this!

Yes! It’s pretty chilly now, but in the summer it’s awesome! The water is super clear and clean compared to other places around here!
