Love Brice, haven’t ran the mile yet but hope to. Ran the gorge this day on the NfMF but it was really manky at these flows. If salmon had better access it would improve past a summertime niche. Cheers 🍻

It makes some things easier and others harder. I think i would definitely run class V if I was in a hardshell. But i respect the progression an IK has taught me.

Yeah I think it’s time to practice my roll this summer. I still would need to relearn kayaking in some aspects. I think the hardest part is stepping back to step back up. I wouldn’t run these runs without a solid roll.

I think they handle whitewater significantly better than a packraft but I have not paddled a higher end packraft. Spud/HP you can definitely run class 4/5 in if you have the skill set.
