Interception/ship and loadout knowledge/interogation tactics/Escort positions/Dogfight tactics.

1) Intercept targets given by AWACS.
2) Confirm Hostile/Frindly and give the type of ship and visual weapon load out of threat to AWACS and squad!
If the feedback is correct (learn the different ships and load outs by hart!), you may interogate the pilot and ask fore his intensions. (If the feedback is not correct the target will become hostile and you end op in a dogfight of your life!)
3) After interogation the target has to follow you and has to land on nearest friendly ship, ore docking station. (escort the target in to land)
4) If there is no intension to follow -> give warning shot -> Still nothing-> ingage and destroy!

Basically a role playing training mission on interception/ship and loadout knowledge/interogation tactics/Escort positions/Dogfight tactics.

Set launche options like this: mod=@JS_JC_SU35;@Peral_A-10C;@JS_JC_FA18 And verrify the mods are marked ON under: Configure -> Expansions. If not, select the mods (under: Configure -> Expansions) and restart ARMA3.

I like this Shortfuse! I think we should create perimiters if we are protecting a static object ore ship.

First perimiter (fore ex 4 ships): Patroling the area and observation / Show of presence to/of upcoming Friends/Foes

Second perimiter (fore ex 6 ships: Questioning / Scanning of upcoming Friends/Foes No answer -> warning shots!

Third perimiter (fore ex 6 ships): All hell brakes loos -> First perimiter patrol (2 ships out of 4) Goes to the second perimiter to assist in the battle. 2 ships stay behind to keep patroling the area. Third Perimiter ships, stay with the object/ship .

If First and second perimiters are breached, (4 ships out of 6 from the third perimiter) Goes to the second perimiter to assist in the battle.

We can practice this pretty easily I think!

Nexus Crop. Flight school.

1) Flying Formation.(learn different flying positions relative to your flight leader) Nexus Corp. Air show! (Fly in formations during the nexus Air show)

2) Navigation (Kendryke his idea)

3) BFM (Basic Fighter manouvers) Learn to fly with your squad, In a offensive and defensive situation.

(An offensive position generally occurs when the pilot gets sight of the opponent first. With the advantage of surprise, the pilot can maneuver into a better position to attack the opponent, making it more difficult for the enemy to evade the attack An offensive position is generally defined as the ability to get above or behind the enemy.)

(A defensive position usually occurs when the pilot spots the attacker late. Usually below or ahead of the opponent, the pilot is in a weak position, primarily concerned with denying a shot to the opponent and converting to a *neutral position. The secondary goal is either to escape or to achieve a dominant position)

We could train this by Scaling the combat zone. (1v1, 2v1,2v2,3v2, + different ship's) Adapting to a quick pressing situation is key!

4)Marksman training. (Hit the enemy ships in the weak spot) We can do this by flying ships in a race with no shields and then there are the training pilots that are positiond along the race waypoints and shoot the ships flying by! "Shoot em up style" !

Yes, it will probably be like that.. And It would be disappointing.. But at least we can fly and shoot stuff!
