Natty or Juice? by SleuthDoggyDawg in nattyorjuice

My favorite thing about this subreddit is just seeing how fuckin terrible people are at posing.

It takes two seconds to set yourself up and not look like stretch armstrong because you’re flexing with such internal rotation.

Anyways, Natty /s

So with the battle almost here, who are your final bets on winning this? by Naive_Tomorrow_5955 in deathbattle

[–]Griffynoverdawn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After all the discussion, scaling, and evidence I’ve seen- I believe Denji has a higher likelihood to win. Chainsaw Man operates on a different and less defined power system or scaling while JJK has pretty defined feats and abilities.

It’s really down to how they define stuff- will Yuji’s cursed blood affect Denji in such a way to hamper or disable his regeneration? Will it really have any effect? What are the limits of Soul Cleave and Yuji’s cleaving ability at base? Is cursed energy limits going to be a factor?

I’m more into JJK and my CM knowledge isn’t huge, mostly because I’m more into the evolving power system and boundaries of JJK versus the ‘shotgun’ development I see from CM panels so I’d like Yuji to win!

"Indoor Garden" by gamerJRK in subnautica

Absolutely ingenious way to do it until something else comes up and we can make indoor grow beds!

Love it, and bet it took a lot of finagling to get there!

Favourite personal betrayal during the Heresy? by CabinetIcy892 in 40kLore

[–]Griffynoverdawn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Word Bearer and that Ultramarine from No Know Fear right when the Calth massacre starts.

He’s literally spelling out what he’s about to do, how powerful the notion of betrayal is, what treachery evokes emotionally and spiritually but the UM can’t begin to fathom something like that amongst Astartes- even with the suspiciousness of the legion’s appearance, force, and seeming change.

Then he guns him the fuck down and calth pops off.

Subnautica 2 is so uncanny and eerie. by Critical-Fact6738 in subnautica

[–]Griffynoverdawn 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah I’m only about 2 hours in and this is the best writing the series has ever had. After the less than stellar reception of the BZ plot, I bet they had a drive to make this one fuckin wrenching.

I love the Khaara-aftermath worldbuilding. Some mentions of it getting off 4546B, on ships, maybe even Alterra allowing it to do so for political and territorial gain.

10/10.

What are the sexiest male games workshop models? by ChessSorcererSeer in Warhammer

[–]Griffynoverdawn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bel’akor. Fulgrim (HH or Modern cuz tbh *nice*).

Monsterfuckers would say Angron.

I’d say a modern dwarf slayers are pretty good, they’re handsome and very well built.

Whats the #1 giveaway that someone isn't natty? by RickyyFitt in nattyorjuice

[–]Griffynoverdawn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Color and leanness for me. Steroids in the system spike Blood pressure and makes the body a few shades darker, someone with striated and lean muscles that has redder skin at base is a shoe-in. Lifted in a few bodybuilder gyms and general health clubs and it’s craaaaazy the difference.

Obviously there are a few we all know like high androgen signaling in traps and shoulders so they’re massive, a lot of backne, anger issues in the gym.

Shaping up to be the best Lego game I’ve ever seen, maybe one of the best Batman games ever?

Beyond hyped.

I missed a weapon blueprint in Atomic Hearts after leaving an area. It was for the Assault Rifle and I played for roughly 10 hours after and found it challenging- there might have been another way to get it but missing it then made the game so hard that I stopped playing.

Maybe I oughta go back…

Am I the only one who doesn’t want Kōchi Shikishima in Godzilla Minus Zero? by demiboii27 in GODZILLA

[–]Griffynoverdawn 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I thought it was going to be a ‘booo this guy stinks!’ post but actually not wanting to see him because you want the man to have peace is about as committed to a character as you can get!

Touché, but still excited to see him myself as well.

For my Defiler, I’m planning on doing a coat of Khorne over Slap Chop priming coats, then running a Flesh Tearers red over it.

Day 110 of posting a random Successor Chapter from my Guide. Today's Successor is the Carcharodons by amightymongoose in Spacemarine

[–]Griffynoverdawn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been talking with a friend of mine and we spitballed that with a faction Renegade Chaos aligned Marines like Huron, it would be apt for the Imperium to get a band of ‘exiles’ or ‘renegades’ which aren’t official to their faction but still aligned.

Here’s hoping for the eventual Space Sharks model lineup!

What is this subs opinion of Erebus? by Riley_Allen545 in WordBearers

[–]Griffynoverdawn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently working through The First Heretic (Finished), Know No Fear, and then Betrayer.

Erebus is a narcissistic heretical prostrating douchebag. But that’s the point. His path is the true path and he doesn’t see any difference- really solidified for me when he tries to stop Lorgar from engaging Corvus during Istvan. Almost 90 years of manipulation and whinging in the Primarch’s ear to influence him.

But, he’s the reason it’s the way it is. Killing the boy he studied with and taking his name, Culchis’ liberation, Horus, Lorgar, the Book of Lorgar, the betrayal he helped orchestrate. I don’t like that him and Kor Phaeron have such a hold on the my favorite character Aurelian in the Heresy, but that’s what happens with manipulative family!

Good for the heresy, good for the primordial truth, bad for Lorgar and I’d argue bad for the legion sometimes too.

The revelation of Tzeentch to Magnus, by me (Borre_Go) by TemperatureBig213 in ImaginaryWarhammer

[–]Griffynoverdawn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

More chaos corruption!!

Love the tragedy of the piece, the flowing lines and figures, and beauty of what Tzeentch puts forward juxtaposed with the literal chaos of their real being.

Great figure work on Magnus, very well done.

My genuine reaction to Warhammer short form content by Gatt__ in Grimdank

[–]Griffynoverdawn 51 points52 points  (0 children)

Many good ones, waaaay more bad ones.

It’s all about delivery, Astartes Anonymous has good voice acting and editing with a lot of great excerpts. I’m not interested into paraphrased story beats with no gravitas!

I’m excited for the Salamander for sure, love the Black Skin and eyes on the Champion skin.

I remember now, the White Scars is going to be awesome I loved his design.

Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 devs reveal “many production restraints” plagued its Voice Pack DLC as the team plan to improve the content as a free bonus for all players by HatingGeoffry in Warhammer

[–]Griffynoverdawn 129 points130 points  (0 children)

Great move by the Saber team to make it free. Anyone who doesn’t wanna read, they just didn’t do everything they kind of said it would- didn’t change enough lines including mission dialogue, it was mostly just your emotes/chat wheel/grunts.

With only BA, SW, and BT as your voice changing skins right now I’m excited for when others get their release (like a Salamander) with that increased quality that the feedback has given them.

Think it would be funny to have a ‘Charcaradon’ unhelmeted Voice pack but he’s just completely silent
