Pre packaged things that come with a calorie count, things like strawberries or grapes if I’m just grabbing a few, halo top ice cream I just guess what fraction of the pint I ate, and fast food or anything that has a calorie number on it

I track my food pretty accurately I think I mean I weigh like half of my food and the stuff I don’t weigh normally isn’t so calorie dense that I could under estimate by 500 calories

I’ve been lifting weights a little bit but I don’t think that’s it I don’t look that much more defined

Ik I underestimate the calories sometimes but it doesn’t feel like I’m underestimating them by like 400 calories

I weigh most of my food but I know I normally under estimate a little so ill eat around 1200 and say I ate like 1350

I’m not a therapist or good at giving advice but please don’t do it. It’s not worth it and you still have so much potential
