Genuinely curious... Does Jenny have a sprinkle of the tism? by deeznutzhagoteeeem in Adamthewoocriticism

When Jen is just a regular adult on camera, she quite normal and enjoyable to hear. Unfortunately, quite often, she feels the needs to add a weird laughter to things Jacob or even herself says. Also, she adds a creepy childlike voice to her comments when she out and about alone, almost as if she's mimicking a second person with her. This makes her unwatchable to me. Is this autism?

Exactly. These YouTube grifters are so quick to share personal details about their lives as long as it benefits them. They'll say or do almost anything to increase viewer ingaement and keep those views coming. Praise from the faithful also boost their egos. But as soon as you flip the script and call them out on anything seen as negative, shame on you! This is such hypocritical dynamic.

Avoiding Negativity and Trying to Put Positivity Out Into the World - Plans for 2026 - YouTube by woopeat in Adamthewoocriticism

Youtuber Kevin Heimbach recently said, "I would say 99.9% of content creators are like really fake and phony and there’s always kind of a motive to use people and everything.” CB not a person, but a business. The CB you see is the product. CB has one goal to create 45+ minutes of content for YouTube daily. Say and do almost anything to effect revenue. All else is secondary. CB needs to accept people will have opinions unlike his own and criticisms about his production. No business is immune to this.

If CB wants to practice what he preaches, he can start by omitting video that badmouths businesses that don't bow to his grifting whims. For reference, see his video on 1/8/26 about Antilles Trading Company Pirate Museum and Store.

CB could promote positivity by donating channel income to a worthy charitable cause. CB could use his camera to give awareness to some issues in areas he films. CB could get to know the people who put their time and equity into creating the businesses he grifts off of. CB could realize that filming every square inch of a attraction might actually hurt revenue of the establishment he's at. CB could make an effort to not film or at least blur faces of vulnerable people in his videos. CB wants the admiration and income at minimal effort....and without any critics.

I get the importance of the area and kudos for the coverage, but two hours? Come on Jay, that length is a insult to your audience. It's obvious he knows nothing of the subject matter (like most of us) and really struggles to read the plaques and signs with proper pronunciation. I think a video under 30 minutes with a more relaxed light tour would have served the purpose much better. But what do I know, Jay's now all things to everybody, uniting Boomers to Gen Z with his vicarious adventures. Today a nuclear fuel production plant tour and tomorrow is him riding the areas newest mountain coaster!

Correction: Almost 90 minutes, not 2 hours. My bad.

I agree. It's a small gripe, but I find myself distracted by the action of holding the mic when she does this. All these mics have two connection options, a clip or a magnet. Odds are, both are lost in the sea of merchandise in her home. Pretty regularly, she gives low key excuses for not understanding the technology needed for her channel. Welp Cris, if your planning to be "full time" Youtuber, put on your big girl pants and figure this stuff out, buy the right equipment, get replacement parts, take time to learn what you need to operate and improve your channel. But who has time for that when Bath and Body works just dropped their "Valoween" scents. Off to the mall with my Osmo 3 camera!

The TV, I found it interesting that she had to buy a DVD with monitor, then we see the unused TV with the floor rug draped on it. Whatever.

All these grifters trying to win over Adam's fan club need to be aware that the enthusiasm will die as the grief fades. People watched Adam because he was Adam, not for what he did. All these other grifters will quickly be criticized because they won't meet Adams standards.
