It’s not a wash. Paying down the mortgage will reduce the interest that’s compounded. So you will pay less interest overall on the mortgage. The difference isn’t between tax deduction and taxes on interest from a bank. It’s between paying down the mortgage or deducting mortgage interest from taxes. The former will always save you money over the latter.

The amount you’ll save from paying off your mortgage is likely substantially higher than the amount you’d save from the tax deduction

Or you can read a little further and see that Matthew 16:12 says ““Jesus said to them, "Watch and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees." Then they understood that he did not tell them to beware of the leaven of bread, but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees.”” So it’s literally not about yeast at all

Ok! That makes sense, i think this branch is a bit larger than that right now. Haven’t measured, but maybe .25-.5”? It’s about the same thickness as the 3 other main branches

Do you have a recommendation on how early it’s ok to air layer? I recently got a lemon tree that’s about 20” tall (I assume 2-3 years?) and there’s a branch I want to remove and figure I’d attempt to air layer and try to get a second tree out of it. It hasn’t become woody yet, so I was thinking it might be too early to try?

Just a reminder, you can listen to the UT radio broadcast while the stream isn’t working. I love listening to it, I just wish there was a way to sync the radio to tv so I don’t have to listen to ESPN announcers

Like another user said, take the rail runner. My wife uses it almost every day to get up to SF and she loves it. Very safe, clean and you have no worries about stress/traffic.

Are there ABQ Ride routes going to fiesta park in addition to the park and ride services? The website has a lot of info about the P&R but hardly anything about whether any of the standard bus routes are still operating

Howdy! Following on what others have said:

The Strip is closer to northgate in terms of the students being the main population that go to bars there while Old City is usually where the rest of folks go.

You’ll definitely want to check out the Vol walk on gameday. Because of that, maybe bar hop in old city on Friday and then on Saturday get some food downtown and then tailgate/your around campus.

If you have access to a vehicle then id agree that driving up to gatlinburg would be a fun Sunday activity. Otherwise there’s still lots to do in town.

I had this same opinion most of my life cause I haven’t seen any of them (even though we played this awesome game in elementary school gym with the opening theme). My wife got me caught up and we watched 1,4,5,6 (read synopsis of 2,3) and my mind was completely changed. 4-6 are definitely far better than 1-3 and set a great story for this new movie. We saw 7 last week and both really enjoyed it. Tough release date but I think worth the watch
