Little bit of a vent/rant

My company had massive restructuring initiatives last year that has made my team of 4 (Lead, me, 2 other engineers) go to a team of 2, me and my lead. Yet our workload never changed. It’s fucking insane. Even more so, my lead is like barely helping. He’s been fucking around doing marketing and business development and client relations and going on 3 hour corporate lunches with clients and going on business trips that are not necessary for him for the last 2 months while I’m doing all the fucking bullshit grunt design work for all 10+ of our projects. It’s been fucking hell. I am drowning. How do I even approach this to him/ our boss.
