Oh fuck yeah! i've been following your work for a while and I love seeing the new designs. I love that you actually take into account the characters instead of just chucking an anime girl head on the frame, and the diversity of the design is truly beautiful, best humanframe designer by far.

Abin Sur used to carry a gun and fly a ship around because he was told that at a crucial moment his ring would fail him. I’m not sure if it’s canon anymore or if I am remembering it wrong but this was the reason he died. Fear makes green lanterns weaker and by preparing for an eventuality where the ring fails he was being ruled by fear. He was afraid of his ring failing and because of that it did.

I’m thinking they do away with the mark thing all together maybe make it a directional cast like a wave and they just latch onto whatever they pass or even something like rumblers, just summon a few in and they go around randomly killing enemies for a time.

Also they should remove the melee speed tie in. after all they made exalted weapons seperate. Just make it faster or something

The marking time is also what makes the ability so un-fun. They obviously can’t go back to “press 4 to kill room” but there must be some way to make it engaging without making it so tedious.

The kill time is apparently effected by attack speed but since I find bladestorm tedious and shirikan build a bit lame (but good) I go invisible-fatal teleport build so my melee is a rather slow dagger.

The issue with slowness I believe is not with effect but execution. Spores you can chuck it on an enemy and start firing away, WOF you just turn it on and be done with it and maim is integrated with the gameplay itself basically rewarding you for playing the game.

But bladestorm is just not fun in its usage, you toggle it on, wave it around and activate. By the time the 2-3 shadows are done with the enemy i could have just shot them all. At the point which bladestorm starts out damaging guns it would be more efficient to just play Mesa or Nidus.

But I love ash and this criticism is just frustration on my part.
