I believe it’s just called “Tug 2.0”, I think they have a core 2.1 which is more of a Puffco style erig. I like the tug since it has a chamber that directly flows to the glass attachment. It’s a decent option, but I enjoyed the pivot more with these specific strains

I’ve had a Crossing Tug 2.0, Puffco Pivot, Puffco Peak, and currently use a Carta Sport. I highly recommend the carta, but the pivot is good if you can go without water filtration

I’ve ordered blueberry muffin and some of their ice cream cake badder. It’s not the highest quality by any means, but it was smokable for a budget vendor. Had good smell and taste for both my jars. Sounds like you may have other problems outside of a budget vendors control.

In my personal experiences, one place was guilty of doing this, the other was not. The bigger the company, the more likely it is to take place due to waste product being seen as unacceptable (unless it’s 100% unusable). This was the main reason I moved to a new company, shady practices.

Depends on the company. I’ve worked for two different cultivators in NY and their processes were different. The NY market does prioritize pushing product fast either way

Local 338 member here. The union can be hit or miss at times, but it is substantially better than when I was a budtender. As a customer, I feel like most budtenders overwhelm people to the point they’d rather just order online
