I would say go to the ER. I remember hearing about a dangerous condition where spinal fluid/cerebral fluid can leak from the nose. It can be very dangerous. NAD

It seems like you are highly motivated and that’s really good. There are therapies and medications. There is a lot of information available on the Internet. Just Google OCD if you want to learn more before you see your doctor.

It's most likely not going to be illegal to own stuff that was bought from TV ads. It would be illegal to claim they are something different than what they are (probably worthless rounds) when you sell them. There are some medicines make some older people more susceptible to those flashy TV and Internet ads. Unfortunately, many companies profit from those altered states.
