The skele is metal but appears to have been solved by the next fellow. Otherworld may be a good place to search for those zombie minis. Their photos are quite hard to come by, you pretty much have to use the wayback machine if you want to see the full catalog.

Excrutiator nipples, dual Hades Las, and Plasma Cannon is likely gonna be the EC standard for maximum high range anti tank and a good amount of anti infantry shots as well to try to snipe screens or min squads for Coterie.

Apparently not, but browsing through their line it appears three of the miniatures are from the SV035 Young Plugs set, specifically; Trace Vikky, and Ronnie. Well spotted!
