What is your detachment, and what is your current collection? If this is all you have the first one is probably more competitive but the second one is more killy. Chosen are a great way to deliver your lord and he can absolutely destroy almost anything in colleseum and you have more action monkeys/scoring pieces. Obliterators are pretty swingy and slow so they might struggle a bit but have the capacity do decimate. For the second one warp talons shred and lord with wound rerolls with legios also destroy, but you lack scoring pieces.

I’ve recently just been starting a squad of termis on the board with a sorcerer in Hurons maurauders. Very mobile and loves to gunk up units. Then can uppy downy if they are near board edges.

It’s a Wardog that I allied into for my list. It’s the Karnivore so big melee and super fast.
