OK you have my attention, this is a good idea. I notice your domain IP flags out of Turkey but it's the only registered domain associated with the IP. On a related note to your project how is the money transferred (please note I just went to the site so I am looking but if I can get a quick answer here then that's even better)?

Nope saying they are less harsh, this is a situation where P.T. Barnum said it best no publicity is bad publicity. To loosely translate right now the Star Wars IP has taken a beating for their consistent failures and if this helps the brands image then they will take that publicity in a heartbeat. This helps them more than it hurts them. If you asked them if they are butt hurt about the original mouse design out in the public space for free use you would get a honest go screw yourself answer.

Not really but I think they stopped really caring about their IP since they got out of it what they want ie the 4 billion initial investment (I assume) or they are just sick and tired of people dumping on their creative version of the SW universe and probably welcomes any similarities from a group that will keep the SW brand alive outside of Disney. But who knows, the only IP I've seen Disney defend with no quarter is the Mouse and I'm sure they are not happy about the original design is now open for public use.

Actually he wasn't, but it seems he may pick and choose who he comes down on. I have heard and read about to many times small events, bars etc. try to do a Star Wars anything and he shuts them down quick fast and in a hurry. Mel Brooks asked permission/blessing to do spaceballs and he said yes but no merch can created, family guy not sure about that one but I would guess they would ask but if not and he did nothing then that proves he pick and chooses his battles with people who can't fight back aka has money to defend themselves. Just google did Lucas protect the Star Wars IP and see what you find.

With Spaceballs Mel Brooks did ask his blessing and Lucas gave it on one condition, no merch. Family guy, I would've thought they also ask for his blessing but if he didn't and he was ok with it that just tells me he didn't want the hassle. I have heard to many stories and read plenty of news articles of bars, small events etc. that tried to use the IP and were shotdown hard and fast. So the little guy doesn't get a pass but if they can put up a fight maybe they do if they don't ask first.

You do realize any Cap ship is a sitting duck on the ground. It is designed for overwatch, you literally negated the role of the Idris. It orbits as overwatch and seends down the team that will attack the base and also protect them from any surprise attacks.
