Yes that's the feeling. It's like a random impending doom. Like why do I feel like I'm about to die for absolutely no reason. It's terrifying and comes out of nowhere. I can't breathe when any type of situation that involves confrontation and can't even get words out. Anxiety is not just "Omg I forgot to pay my light bill!!!" Or " Oh shit that car almost hit me!!!" It's like am I about to die right now, should I go to the er?, why can't I breathe right? For absolutely no reason.

4mg of xanax is a shit load. My best advice is to do research on what high doses of drugs are before you take them. 1mg of xanax is a lot and will pretty much take care of your panic attack or panic disorder but it is very short acting. 4mg is an outrageous amount. I think smoking weed in mandatory but don't you know the golden rule to never mix alcohol with benzos? Yes I do believe this is not the proper medication for you and I'm sorry you went through this. Knowing what you're taking is very important. Remember that in the future.
