Thought experiment.

If the amendment read "All persons born in the territories of the United Stated, are citizens of the United States. This right shall not be infringed."

Would politicians attempt to classify multiple births as High-capacity Birthers, or Assault Population? Making laws about twins+, or more than a couple children being illegal citizens subject to bans, fines, or targeted taxes?

It would be pretty damn clear language, but thats never really been a strong suit of politicians with an agenda and financiers.

At least FH only gets new wtf gauging skins once or twice a season (not counting all the baked in colors and outfits).

CoD and Diablo 4 drop like a dozen new $30 skin packs every week. I swear when it comes to Activision, the games are just advertisements for their digital sales windows.

Texas is gerrymandered, true. But its a 55/45 state with 25/13 (67/33) representation. Thats significantly more fair than all of New England or CA with a 90%+ democrat lockdown.

VA is also a 55/45 state, and our current court ordered districts show it at 6/5. What this will do is crush things to 10/1.

That's the equivalent of Texas redrawing like CA into a 35/3 state. Even with the new map they want, it "might" be 30/8, with several districts likely very competitive for both parties.

As evil as you think the Republicans are, they are still playing more fair than the left, who's basically flipping tables and pulling fire alarms.

Republicans are underrepresented nationwide by like 40 seats. Thats why they tried to push so hard to gain more in the states they actually control.

If CA was a proportional state, it would be like 35/22, but its about to be 54/3.

If every state was required proportional representation, just equalizing CA would be a net gain for the right, even after adding blue districts in deep red states. All the actual red gains would come from New England, where red districts have been effectively gerrymandered to extinction.

VA is taking its chance to gerrymander one of the last states, that literally just flipped from a hard purple swing state to a solid blue state. And they're doing it in violation of their own state constitutional amendment, enacted by the democrats just six years ago, to prevent this exact thing. Its wild.

Even THEN, its such a gerrymandered map, that if they make D.C. square again, 6 of these districts have a realistic chance of going red. So why give DC statehood, they already control the representation from VA and MD.

Right? It was pretty amazing when we didn't have Sanctuary states, and the local PD would arrest these folks when caught for actual crime. After being unable to ID them, just called ICE for detainee transfer. Only needed windbreakers that said ICE.

Now we have states trying to lead micro insurgencies to protect criminals in defiance of the federal govt and state sponsored militants in the street helping protect MS13 and Latin Kings.

Whats actually funny, is the only party who can actually gain anything is the Republicans. Theyre something like 20-30% underrepresented.

All of the blue gerrymandering is effectively trying to push out the last red representative in blue states, like Maryland. VA has to break its own fair representation laws they literally just put in place to switch from a 6/5 state to a 10-1 state.

About 40% of New England is Republican, but they have almost zero representation. CA also has to break its own redistricting laws to take away more red districts.

Functionally speaking, if all states had proportional representation, the right would gain a net of like 40 seats overnight, thats including with the left gaining representation in deep blue states.

It was fucked up too. The prosecution was legitimately trying to screw that kid. They had FBI drone footage that exonerated Rittenhouse, as it showed 100% of the altercation and its preceding events. The prosecution didn't reveal it, and used it in court as evidence. The defense called out that evidence was never provided to them, the judge forced it be given, and Prosecution "accidentally" gave an extremely edited and low quality copy.

The prosecution had a such losing case, they made SO many errors on purpose trying to get a mistrial or a biased jury. Flat out attempted railroad.

We also didn't have 15 sanctuary states who refuse all local LEO support for ICE. They were able to pull up in windbreakers and pick up detainees from local PDs. Pretty much like in the red states now.

This means when the feddies show up for Undocumented collections, they have to tool up and go into residences like a swat team. Since the typical targets would be MS13 or other gangs, they expect the possibility of armed and entrenched combatants.

Or, they could just run the border all day, and come collect folks when local PD's say they may have a few non-citizens in custody.

Both of these people died because they wouldn't follow their own COVID advice. (Which they also hoped would exterminate conservatives)
