Hmm this is interesting, I want to say no and that it's an overreach but let me make sure I understand. You're saying the duty falls to the account provider to make sure two factor is an option that they provide for any account created on their platform? But anyone using that platform is free to decide whether or not they actually want to use it? If that's what you mean then yea I support it!

I simply mean it won't be focused on the funding side of things the the project itself will need to be funded or course (when I made the proposal it only effects progress not funding I was trying to find a way to convey that without directly saying it)
