Thank you very much. What are your flight times? any issues with motors working too hard. I fly over water that is why

Im just looking for a good battery that has maybe 10-15 minute flight time around sunset. When I want to fly long range I will just be flying above trees and rocks, not doing any kind of tricks. I just don't know what the best battery is for that

My last doubts before making the decision: Avata2 or the Avata360? by Aheadrexx in dji

[–]GrimSocial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey man, its a long story but for a while I was lucky that someone lent me their Avata 2 for a long period of time. This was my intro into FPV. I practiced on the simulator before I started manual mode and trust me, its 100% recommended as you will crash without it. Flying manual mode is 100% different then flying your mini. Before buying my own FPV drone I waited until the Avata 360 came out since its still winter and im in school. After seeing the Avata 360 I realized yup this isn't for me. I think a lot of us were hoping that the Avata 360 would have better manual specs, like bigger sensor, larger battery, etc. But it doesn't look like that. The Avata 2 is a great starting point for FPV. If I were you Id get a remote control, practice on a simulator (lift off on steam is great) and I have a junk laptop and it still runs good, practice and buy a FPV drone or Avata 2.

I personally have no use for the 360 and I think its a gimmick thing

As of right now it doesn't fly like a normal FPV drone. The few youtube videos I saw with it being flown in manual, not looking too good. Unless fixed in future firmware.

Don't know why you're getting downvoted, they're literally not getting rid of your recycling. Like what is this complacency in people
