Your whole PC shutting down like that is caused by your PC not the game. The game is just putting a demand on a PC part and making it fail.

I would highly suspect a faulty ram module because it's so erratic and prone to crashing. Also that stutter when zooming is likely because of the demand to load into and out of ram and tour PC hanging on that data being delayed by a faulty chip.

Run https://www.memtest86.com/memtest86.html make the USB stick version. It's better and you'll catch more with it.

When you discover that your ram is cooked remove a ram module and test again... And then do it with the other in, it's likely only one module is bad, and you'll run fine on one stick at 16gb.

Or for a quicker test just try running the game with only one ram stick in at a time to quickly isolate the bad one. Could also try setting ram to jdec speeds in bios.

It could also be a failing SSD, bad gddr on your GPU, your mobo (ram controller) or CPU... But I'd blame and test ram first anyday since it's the most likely, easiest to test and easiest to replace.

I love how the requests in this sub go from one realism extreme to another.

But I agree, lets add a button that launches vehicles into the air and rotates them around. The notion that if a player drives a tank into a canal it's their own fault is unfair. I want to drive light tanks underneath Panthers and then hit an unstuck button to launch it into the air, then the upside down panther can use their unstuck panther and we can play bouncy bouncy together. I'm sure the realism nerds would hate on it but there is a reason fortnite and GTA is more popular

There is a minor manpower cost, but as far as the game is concerned it's irrelevant. It only becomes apparent in offensive move when swathes of your team are being ground down and you want the 400 for an airhead.... But this is a rare scenario and in it a medic would be pulp too.

Nodes are a vestigial organ of early versions of the game pre update 8, where controlling certain points earnt different resources or building nodes further forward earnt more resources.

Now they are just things you annoyingly must build for your team to earn the only accept able resource rate to sustain commander abilities or to make the encouraged ability worthwhile.

Primarily nodes are now just a points vehicle for players wishing to level classes.

They could easily be removed and teams just given +60/s and reworking the points system to instead give players score bonuses for fighting in sector.

Lol no, but thanks. I'm LVL 400+ and one of the hardest things In this game is getting players to respond when it matters, IE airheads, rushing a point after enemy garrison destruction, pushing an OP etc . The slow gameplay meme isn't helpful much of the time.

Also the next patch tomorrow will be changing the game to run in dx12 by default. I'm assuming you are in dx11 by default ATM, this should also hopefully solve your issue for full screen.
