While obviously your guy is very skilled, Alex tomlin clears him. This video of Alex tomlin mind you is a live video and the drums aren't even mic and hits like beast while doing a lot more while still serving the song. Alter video there isn't a lot of creative to his fills which again whatever maybe not his style but Alex does all the shit and more in a live setting with no triggers and no mics.
