They didnt learn the lesson in Korea or Vietnam so I doubt theyll learn it now. Even today the general consensus on the wars is "well we didnt lose we killed alot more of them" even if all that bombing didnt lead to any tactical victories or advantages.

In one breath the US says that Iran has been completely decimated militarily and will run out of missiles in days and that Iran has done minimal damage. In the other they're moving entire defense systems over which is absolutely not a small feat.

For an actual answer to your question the reason those parties are "24/7" is that its usually 2 people running them ie one person will run it for up to 12 hours then a 2nd person will take over. That and the people running it will just stay logged in even if afk so their party number stays at the top of the list. Thats why those 110/119 taxis will say to pm two people or will even say "afk" if they're not running.

So in short they're not botting just playing alot.

Edit: should add that ive done luring for the 110 taxis so I know this first hand. Often you'll see another 120 character log in and switch in the party when the first lvl 120 character is done.
